【Vehicle】 Vehicle storage center (VDC) RFID automated scanning system
一、Project Background
Traditional VDC warehouse management of commercial vehicles using bar code scanning system, a lot of manpower needs to invest in the scanning operation of the node, the storage efficiency is low, labor costs and business error rate is high. In order to fully improve the efficiency, we transform the bar code manual scanning into RFID electronic tag automatic recognition, establish RFID application program, to improve operational efficiency, reduce labor costs and error rate.

三、Project characteristics
RFID automatic scanning system:
RFID scanning system has been implemented in multiple VDC warehouse of Anji automotive logistics Co., Ltd., a number of improvements and verification has been implemented since 2012, to meet the scanning reliability needs of VDC warehouse 24 hours grid .
Automatic printing system for outdoor location label:
The dedicated RFID location label and key label printing system supports up to 3000 tabs. large flow, high efficiency, automatic cutting, wind and rain, temperature and other factors of commercial vehicle transportation has been considered at the same time .
Display control system:
Dedicated integrated display system contains the LED display, error warning, traffic lights, sound indicator light , and a series of short barge car tips
Label automatic recovery system
Automatic recovery device for large capacity label satisfying 2000 profile label storage. Recoverable special label.
