1, project background
The bus rapid transit system is a new mode of passenger transport, with its low engineering investment, short construction period, low environmental pollution and high transport efficiency has been considered one of the effective way to solve city traffic problems, and has been successfully extended and used in the world. 3, program features
Design of signal priority control scheme
The 2.4G electronic tag, installing the roof on every car BRT in front of the vehicle, recognition distance of 10 - 200 meters can be adjusted, the service life can reach 5 years.
Roadside unit: the directional antenna of the reader is an outdoor plate directional antenna, which has the advantages of high gain, large radiation ratio, small size, compact structure and so on. It is a kind of high quality outdoor communication antenna.
Signal control system: central control signal (built-in embedded processing module for processing priority) signal priority request; request processing module of embedded system using the conditions to determine whether the priority given by the authority, issued a directive on the control of traffic signal machine, used to control the signal phase.
Communication equipment: optional Ethernet mode for vehicle positioning information transmission, can also choose wireless form, such as GPRS, CDMA and WLAN. Application of signal priority control system
When the vehicle arrives at the intersection, RFID card reader to read labels, access to vehicle information; and through the intelligent scheduling system for vehicle interactive real-time scheduling, including delays, whether express scheduling and load ratio, generate the request according to the real-time state of the vehicle; give priority to apply to the traffic administrative department after the traffic signal priority system. Department of information system in the original plan, based on the information of real-time scheduling, the request is processed, finally give priority results; after leaving the vehicle location, signal control system into the signal state to restore the state, until the state recovery signal, complete the signal priority scheduling process.
